This design is called Nîtisânak Florals.
I’m really fortunate to come from a strong family unit. My brothers and sister have been my lifelines to help me blossom and grow. When I moved away ten years ago (to another country) I missed being surrounded by them more than anything. My siblings are part of my spiritual roots, holding me up to reach everything good.
I’m so grateful that the wonderful kinship my siblings taught me, I was able to bring with me. They are still strong even through the distance. I’m also so grateful to have found another form of sisterhood down here that also grounds me and helps me grow.
Good roots help many things blossom. That’s why these are called Nîtisânak - it is the plural for my sister/my brother. Sisterhood is what has sustained me recently. This design is for anyone who also draws sustenance from their needed kinships.
